About the Game

Astro Knockout is built around quick multiplayer matches, simple lobby flow, and chaotic arena combat. Players fight across compact maps where movement, timing, aim, and positioning can decide who gets knocked out.

The game is currently in active development, which means features, maps, UI, balancing, and gameplay systems may change over time.

How Matches Work

  1. Host or join a lobby.
  2. Vote for the next arena.
  3. Ready up.
  4. Fight when the match starts.

Matches are designed to be quick, chaotic, and replayable.

Multiplayer Notes

Astro Knockout supports online multiplayer through hosted lobbies.

You can join games using:

  • Server Browser
  • Direct Connect
  • Private hosted lobbies

If you are hosting a lobby, your game needs to use a reachable network address. If you are not port forwarding, you may need a tunneling service such as playit.gg.

Installation

  1. Download the latest build.
  2. Extract the ZIP file.
  3. Run the game executable.
  4. Host a lobby or join through the server browser.

Do not run the game directly from inside the ZIP file. Extract it first.

Known Issues

Because the game is still in development, you may run into issues such as:

  • Server browser listings not appearing immediately
  • Connection issues depending on host network setup
  • UI bugs
